Sankalpa is a Sanskrit term that translates to a heartfelt intention or desire. It’s a powerful way of connecting to your authentic vision.
Join Annie on the first day of 2026 to tap into what truly matters to you, and how you want to direct your energy for the year ahead.
This session includes reflection, vision-creation, ritual, journalling and yoga nidra.
You can choose to join the in-person Sankalpa session, or the online on-demand option.

There are four 3-day modules, as well as a one-week immersive retreat in stunning Dja Dja Wurrung Country, Trentham.
Spaced over three months, giving you plenty of time to absorb and integrate the teachings along the way.

Applications are open our next 200hr Women-Centred YTT, starting In Feb next year.

Join us for three months of self-discovery, learning and exploration, to add depth to your yoga practice and prepare you to teach with confidence, authenticity, skill and intuition.

This groundbreaking course is unique in the way that it centres women and AFAB folk - our bodies, cycles and experiences, and dives into important topics such as intersectional feminism and the decolonisation of yoga.

Every group of trainees is so unique and incredible, and many cherished friendships are formed throughout the duration of the course and beyond.

Alongside the course curriculum, there’s so much learning and deep connection that comes from a shared group experience like this. (If you know, you know!)

Our training modules are held at our Brunswick studio.

Did you know that have negotiated Australia's first Treaty between First Peoples in Victoria and the Vic Government? It's being debated in parliament this week, so NOW is the time to show your support.

Here are 3 things you can do...

1. Email your MP to let them know you support the Treaty legislation. The template set up at firstpeoplesvic.org/treaty makes it really easy.

2. Sign up for Team Treaty. have great summary of what this Treaty covers. Head to their website to have a read and sign up up for more info and updates.

3. Take a photo of yourself with an 'I support Treaty' placard (we have some at both studios) and share on your socials.
