Welcome to Blue Mist Wellbeing. We’re excited to be bringing to life boutique time-out retreats for women living with chronic illness in 2026.
If you’re ready to fully relax in a peaceful environment and be taken care of, then these retreats are for you.
Unwind in small groups (maximum 6) with guided meditations, breath work, gentle yoga, Pilates, spa, sauna and nutritious meals.
You can be reassured you’re in safe hands. Under the guidance of therapist Alicia Tye-Smith (Osteopath, yoga & Pilates Instructor), you can be sure your experience is tailor made to your condition/s and you’re always treated with compassion and kindness.
Alicia herself lives with multiple chronic conditions (POTS, PPPD, FND, complex neurological migraines) which allows her to develop these programs from a unique perspective ~ as both a practitioner and patient.
