I'm am super excited to announce the newest In-Spirit Retreat with you all, which I will be co-facilitating with Brad and Adam.

This has been a dream of mine for a while now and I can wait to share this experience with everyone who joins us.

We have organised an epic 3 night, 4 day adventure!!

It's all about giving back to yourself, unplugging from your busy life, and letting you reconnect to nature and the ELEMENTS

We will be going on some incredible hikes, (decent fitness level needed) swimming in waterfalls, and having nourishing chats, food, and fires at night.

Day 8 of my 21 Day Challenge

It was a typical Melbourne Spring day, 4 seasons in one day!!

I focussed on staying calm with four kids inside all day and had to centre my energy many times. Having these skills is essential and I am so grateful for these tools.
This is also something I can teach you to master, helping you achieve a stress free environment no matter how chaotic

When we nourish ourselves with nutrients, good sleep and hydration, our nervous system is better equipped to deal with stress, alongside some very helpful energy balancing tools.

Overall, glad to have got a little sun on my face, do my farm jobs and get a little walk without getting soaked!!

Day 5 of my 21 Day Challenge

Was lovely to have my little 2 give me tips and advice on my mat work this morning. They have better core strength than me πŸ˜‚

Then a lovely walk in the forest, finding gorgeous bush flowers and trees to climb along.

A nourishing breakfast smoothly full of berries, banana, cacao, and all of my micro nutrients powders. Full of antioxidants and minerals.

My go to raw treats that are clean and yummy! No sugar or junk so you only need a little to feel satisfied. Let me know if you'd like the recipe!!

And finally, craving some quiet time and rest. Listening to my latest fav music to soothe my soul.

My cup is full after a week of nourishing myself with the love and care I've been lacking lately. Thank you to everyone for your likes and encouragement. It's been fun!!

Day 4 of my 21 Day Challenge

Today was a bit different for me. I felt like taking it a bit easier, a bit slower pace. So I listened to my body and did a gentle 30 min walk and then spent some time chilling in the big mumma oak tree on our farm, and enjoyed some time in the sunshine in the afternoon.

Was nice and relaxing, and needed. I still got my body moving but in a different way.

Listening to what our bodies need everyday is so important! For rest, nourishment, hydration and sleep.

When we are willing to listen, and give our body what it needs, we are rewarded with a greater sense on health and happiness.

Day 2 of my 21 Day challenge done!! The weather was a bit wet and cold today so I did some mat work indoors, with a walk, forest time and meditation before I got a bit wet at the end. I'm feeling so grateful today for this challenge, not only for what health and wellness benefits it's giving me, but for those I am inspiring around me. My children are being shown how important it is for parents to take time out for themselves, to nourish their bodies with exercise, meditation, and nourishing activities that bring happiness to our souls. Health isn't just about what we eat or how much we exercise, it's about how we feel, how we treat ourselves, what we think. When we feel good, that ripples out to others around us. When we show up for ourselves if gets noticed, because we glow with happiness. If I can be an inspiration and roll model to my daughters, then I know part of my job is a success! My 14 year old is joining me for this challenge and I am so proud to see her taking action for her health.

1 Hour of nourishing my body with exercise, nature,
meditation, and energy clearing

10 mins of rebounder - to get my lymphatic system
moving and warm up my muscles

10 stretching my body - feeling a bit tight today after
lots of walking and farm jobs yesterday

30 mins of walking- a mix of hills and flat, then into the
bush for nature time

10 mins of meditation, deep breathing, and energy
clearing to calm my nervous system and prepare for
my day.

Feeling so good and happy to be giving myself this
time. I hope this inspires you to do something that
nourishes your Body, Mind, and Soul over the next 21
days too.
