Hi everyone !

I hope it’s okay to post here. My name is Amina, and I run Beacon Disability Care, a family-owned and registered NDIS provider based in Melbourne’s northern suburbs.

I’ve been working as a support worker for 5 years, and I’m still hands-on in the field — so I understand how important it is to provide support that’s consistent, respectful, and truly person-centred.

We offer help with:

Personal care & daily living

Community access & social participation

In-home and domestic support

Transport and companionship

We support self-managed, plan-managed, and NDIA-managed participants — and we’re currently accepting new referrals.
