We are eager to introduce our wonderful and highly esteemed female GP, Dr. Rafal Al-Azawi.

Dr. Rafal has over a decade of experience working in the medical field and has been trained in both Emergency Medicine and General Practice, broadening her areas of expertise in medical treatments and procedures.

She holds a degree in Medicine & Surgery from Baghdad, Iraq, where she first worked in Emergency Medicine. Her training as an Emergency Doctor was further developed in the UK for 6 years and in Queensland for 2 years before ultimately becoming a specialist General Practioner in Victoria a number of years ago.

Her areas of interest include:
- Women’s and Children’s Health
- Chronic Disease Management
- Pregnancy and Contraception
- Sexual Health
- Pain Management
- Skin Cancer
- Emergency Medicine & Acute Injuries

She is also able to perform a variety of procedures such as Iron Infusions, Implanon & Mirena Insertion/Removal, Skin Lesion Excisions and more.
