For me - (apart from wanting to lead by example to this little man) - I want to maintain independence and quality of life as I age.
I want to live in a body that works, and allows me to do ALL THE THINGS with my son and loves …AND keep my marbles!! 🤪😂🤞
Oh, and I don’t want to end up in a nursing home with someone else wiping my bum for me! 😳🫢
No matter where you are at in life and health, taking ownership of this precious life we have been given is the best gift we can give ourselves 🫶
