Dental Receptionist with Dental Assisting Advantage
Gumdent Dental Clinic – Ringwood (Preferably candidates based nearby, PR/citizens)
Monday to Friday (possible also Saturday)
We’re growing our team and looking for a reliable, friendly, and experienced Dental Receptionist with the ability to assist chairside when needed. If you also have a skill for social media or marketing, that's a bonus!
What You'll Do:
-Greet and manage patients with warmth and professionalism
-Handle appointment scheduling, recalls, and payments (including HICAPS)
-Provide occasional chairside assistance to dentists
-Maintain infection control and sterilisation standards
-Assist in simple marketing/media tasks (e.g., social media posts, Canva work)
What We’re Looking For:
-At least 6 months experience in dental reception and/or assisting
-Proficiency with dental software (Praktika experience is a plus, but training will be provided)
-Friendly, organised, and patient-focused
-Able to work independently and collaboratively
Bonus: Basic experience with Facebook, Instagram, or Canva
