99aupairs is a multi-award-winning social business helping families to find flexible in-home care for their children/disability needs and aged care founded by Irene Becker.

Irene was just like you. She went through the highs and lows of putting her children through childcare, the family logistics and juggling the always on-work culture. Seeing many of her friend’s relationships and quality of life suffer, she began looking for a solution to help every working families.

After conducting in-depth research, organizing focus groups, and utilizing her own experience as a host mum for the last 5 years, she created 99aupairs. The company offers a platform where Host Families and Au Pairs meet to find their perfect match with a fast, secure, and stress-free recruitment process. For busy working families who no longer have the time to find an Au Pair, 99aupairs also offers Au Pair placement services at an affordable cost.

Beyond our desire to help reduce the juggle stress of busy working families by getting a secure and affordable in-home childcare support, we also make a point to 1) Bring more women back into the workforce so they can, not only, contribute to the family’s finances but also push through with their careers, get their sanity back and become a macro-benefit to the Australian economy, 2) raise awareness to the true value and meaning of Cultural Exchange, 3) Want to help make the experience of finding and shortlisting of both Au Pairs & Host Families’ perfect match an easy one and be able to pass on the great experiences to the next generation of Au Pairs and Host Families.
