We’re heartbroken by the direction the latest NDIS Pricing Review is taking.
The proposed reduction in travel funding for Allied Health professionals will impact exactly the people the NDIS was designed to support. Those with the highest needs, those who can’t travel, and those in regional or remote areas.
For years, we have been proud to offer therapy in homes, schools, and childcare settings, because we know this is where the most meaningful progress happens. These changes make that harder, if not impossible, for services like ours to continue without major compromise.
We are a small, community-focused practice. We don’t want to reduce where we travel. We don’t want to introduce gap fees. And we certainly don’t want to close our doors. But the reality is, this change puts all of that on the table.
