We can't change the past but we are in control of our present & future & in most circumstances we all just need the right support and practice using our tools (Knowledge & experiences) to move forward & work on healing. I'm not a professional although I have lived experiences, am deeply emphatic & personally have experienced & dealt with Domestic violence, Psychological abuse, Substance abuse, Su***de, Juvenile justice, foster care & My own Mental health issues..
