FYI
SS = Static stretch: a gentle muscle stretch for 15-60secs
HI-SS = High intensity static stretching is stretching further to the point of mild pain
PNF = proprioceptive muscular stretch: holding a muscle in a contracted state (but not through its range of motion) and then following the contraction up with a stretch, to be repeated to get further stretch into the muscle.
