This dish was born from the chaos of a busy kitchen shift. I needed something light, fast, and a bit clever. It ended up becoming a menu staple.

Lean chicken, crisp celery, a punchy dressing, and a great texture combo. It’s fridge-friendly, easy to prep, and sneaks celery into your diet in a way that actually works.

📌 Note: This one's Level 2 in my recipe system – includes soy (tamari) and plant-based mayo, so it’s best for people who know their personal triggers.

🦘 A Quick Springboard into Inflammation-Lowering Foods.
This started as a personal research project. I’ve spent hundreds of hours reading studies, testing ingredients, and experimenting with meal plans, teas, tinctures, and dishes - on myself.

These are the ingredients I personally added into my weekly eating to stay ahead of inflammation, gut flare-ups, and digestive issues:

🥦 Vegetables – Bulk up your week with plant fibre and flavonoids
🍓 Fruits, Nuts & Seeds – Antioxidant-rich and gut-friendly
🌿 Herbs & Spices – Teas, broths, tinctures, even cocktails (yes, really)
🐟 Fish – Omega-3s from cold-water fatty fish
