Yin + Nidra for Gaza 💛

Join us for a deeply nourishing two-hour journey of Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra, designed to gently restore the body and calm the mind. This restorative practice invites you to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your inner peace.

All proceeds from this event will go directly to support Salah and his family of six in Gaza, providing essential aid during a time of urgent need.

Salah is a disability advocate. His wife, Shahd, is four months pregnant. He is also taking care of his mother and his siblings in this crucial time. Your presence and contribution can make a meaningful difference to this family’s life.

The event will begin with a small Yin Yoga practice to drop into the body and space, and transition into a Yoga Nidra practice. Nidra is a practice of profound relaxation that is known for its stress and anxiety-reducing effects, its enhancement of self-awareness and boosting of the immune system, as well as its ability to increase mental focus.

In celebration of International Yoga Day and the Winter Solstice, join us for a transformative 2-hour event where you’ll learn invaluable techniques to care for your body, mind, and spirit. This workshop will focus on the autonomic nervous system, and will help you transition between the sympathetic and parasympathetic state.

Every year, International Day of Yoga aims to raise awareness of the benefits of practising yoga on our physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing. Autumn has started rolling in and we’re feeling the change! We’re excited to share a few transformations to our timetable - starting from tomorrow…

🍁 NEW Morning Classes: Tuesdays + Thursdays, 7-7:50am
Start your day mindfully with a Morning Flow in our cosy sanctuary! These classes will be heated at 30°c to make getting out of bed and onto the mat an easier choice. You’ll leave feeling stretched, focused and clear for the day ahead.

🍁 NAME CHANGE: Our Hatha class will have a subtle name change to ‘Hatha / Foundations’. Same class, but if you’re new to Hatha (or yoga in general!) and you’re not sure what to expect, this is a beautiful class for wherever you are on your yoga journey.

🍁 TIME CHANGES: Some classes throughout the week have had slight changes to timings. This is so more of our community can attend more classes. Have a look through the post to see what’s new!
