This week we said goodbye to Tony as he taught his last permanent class at Yoga Corner. We’re sure that if you’ve had the joy of pracitising with him, you’ll miss him as much as we will!

Tony has been part of the team and our community for the last three years, and has shared his 25+ years of wisdom on the mat weekly. We are so grateful for his time with us and we are excited to see what’s in store for him as he starts his next chapter of his Yoga journey!

We hope to see Tony for the odd class and workshop here and there in the not-so-distant future 💛

Meet our newest teacher, Christina! 💫

Christina’s classes are playful, empowering, invitational and deeply nourishing. With a background in dance and gymnastics, she first came to yoga as a way to move and feel good in her body. Over time, it became a holistic practice of self connection, ease and remembrance.

Christina weaves movement, breath, meditation and philosophy into her teaching, guiding students to feel anchored, aware and at home within themselves.

She’ll be taking on our Thursday evening Warm Slow Flow classes starting this week! Come practise with her at 6:15pm 💛

According to the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, Pranayama is one of the eight limbs of yoga. It is a powerful part to an inclusive practice of yoga.

Join Tony for a deep-dive into the ancient art of conscious breathwork. Learn how to harness the power of the breath in this 2-hour event.

There will be both a practical and a theoretical approach to this workshop. You will come away with a deeper understanding of the breath and learn techniques to use in your every day life.
