Stepping back into a Health Routine 💚
After a long season of recovery, I’m choosing to start fresh — from the inside out. I’ve just committed to Arbonne’s Gut Reset and am rebuilding my health step by step. Gentle movement, nourishing routines, clean nutrition.

This isn’t a quick fix — it’s a fresh start. A reset for my body, clarity for my mind, and restoration of my energy. After many months on not being able to walk, I really need extra support and some accountability. Here’s to feeling again 💚 My order shall be here in the next few days, can't wait to start!

Yeah my order is here! 📦The delivery guy from Aust. Post put my box in my walking frame🤣 I am glad as I would have had to wait all day for it as I can’t carry it at moment🎊
Lots of goodies but in particular my shakes and a new makeup brush set! Face and body products and some additional health support supplies🙌🙌

The nurses always comment on the packaging of my shampoo and conditioner. I have my essentials with me for personal care🩷this shampoo and conditioner makes my hair look so shiny and feels so silky and soft.
🩷no nasty chemicals
🩷clean goodness
🩷no sulphates

A lovely botanical hair care 🥰 that protects my hair!

Missing my greens more than ever!!! 🥬
Growing up mothers always say, “ eat your greens” now I know why!
Have been in hospital for 33 days now and all I think about is greens😂😂😂
Usually have my greens with my shake each morning can’t wait until I am back home!🏠

I am missing my morning chocolate protein shake with berries so much! 😢
😱Hospital food for breakfast is okay but I love to start my day with protein, can’t wait until I am back home!
💥Chocolate is my favourite and it has so many vitamins and minerals in it! I love the flavour!!
