Wholefit

Wholefit WholeFit has been founded to build a new approach to fitness, matching the best resources and people to achieve any fitness goal! e.g.

Aim of WholeFit:
WholeFit has been founded to help people achieve any fitness goal they want to work toward. To assist in the journey we will aim to have fun and training with likeminded people along the way!!! These are two principles that will be maintained so that you WILL achieve your goals. Another key aspect to the philosophy behind WholeFit is to provide variety. Providing people with a number of options will help to foster a healthy lifestyle in many aspects of your life. Some of the activities that WholeFit will hope to add to it’s repertoire include:

Running
Cycling
Cross-Fit
Core Training
Yoga
Swimming
Boxing
SUP (Stand Up Paddleboarding)
Kettle Bells
Kayaking
Bikram Yoga
Aerial Yoga
Sailing

(This just scratches the surface!)

So, what types of goals will WholeFit help people achieve? You name it we’ll help you to do it! people want to do first triathlon all the way through to the Ironman OR complete ocean swims OR just to lose a few kilos OR to help bounce back to fitness after having a baby

What experience does WholeFit have in achieving fitness goals? Well the founder of WholeFit, Marty Walsh, has a pretty extensive background in endurance sport and an unwavering passion for sport! From 10km runs to Half-Marathons, from sprint triathlons to half-Ironmen & Quadrathlons, from the Pier-to-Pub to swimming the English Channel. Marty has completed his Certificate III in fitness which he’s done to add further science to his understanding of training toward goals in sport. Marty understands that we all have busy lives and that we need to get the most out of the time that is available, by establishing WholeFit the hope is to create a network (and ultimately a schedule) to help everyone to achieve their fitness goals without jeopardising the other important factors in our lives (family, career, social life, fun!).
