Leading by example by making Being Vulnerable (when you feel called to it) at the forefront of “The Work”.

I realised I haven’t shared on here about my whys and the hows of getting here. The space and therapy I offer today is the same one I wish I had in my early twenties where I so needed a likeminded being who understood what I was going through. Today I am proud to be that person I needed and hopefully to be that person for others who feel misunderstood by society 🙏🏽🌸💕

✨ Is indigenous knowledge guiding us back to what we might have lost along the way ?

At times we might feel like something is wrong or off, we can't pint point it. The mind is desiring to be grateful for all that it has, yet there is a nudge coming from an unknown source. This is when I would lean in what is my spirit or "Kurunpa" asking from me ? Am I sitting in stillness with the all ? Am I nourishing my connection to creation ? 🔃

When you tend to what is beyond the physical, feeling lost becomes less and less.

A culture of 60,000 years co-existing with nature could only be when there is a deep belonging & understanding of the universe as a whole & the self on an individual level. This is what I choose to guide my counselling work, first and foremost before any theory.

🙏 Credits to KANYINI Org and Uncle Bob Randall for spreading the message of "Unconditional Love and Responsibility".

Have you heard of Louise Hay before ? 🌿✨

Before seeing Louise's work, I knew affirmations worked but it felt like there was an element that was missing from the equation of making the affirmations feel believable. That element was self-compassion, speaking your future reality with love is not just a healing tool its the ultimate pathway to your creator self 🙏

Much love,

Sal

What does it really mean to receive? 🌿

Is it about waiting until we feel worthy enough to ask for what we deserve? Or... can we just begin—now?

Receiving is soft 🌸. It's the energy that invites us to slow down, breathe deeper, and come home to ourselves.

It lives in gentle practices: a self-massage, a smile in the mirror, a solo walk in nature.
It shows up in beauty—not the filtered kind, but the kind you feel in your bones as you watch the sun set or listen to the wind move.

Receiving is expression. It’s presence. It’s a quiet, feminine power that reminds us: you are already enough. 🌿

Changing what we dislike is challenging if we can’t look straight at it first 🌸

Next time on old wound comes up, or negative coping mechanism. Maybe you lashed out or texted someone you shouldn’t have. Try this process:

1. 🌿 Allowing space for emotions to come up, trying not to suppress or ignore (otherwise it might show up in other areas of life).

2. 🌸 Observe it: stating what happened with neutrality, removing judgements of self and witnessing the behaviour as seperate. You are safe here to look at it without punishing yourself or others.

3. ✨ Thanking it for helping you understand yourself more, appreciating it as part of the journey as a whole, releasing it back into source.

We can’t deny our separation from source 🍃

I have witnessed the magic within my own self as well as clients when stepping into a natural environment to do the work. As we are sharing what is coming up, our nervous system is being regulated simultaneously.

This tells the body that it is safe to process what you would like to process, it is safe to receive, it’s safe to witness the pain as something seperate.

The spiritual healing track is a sacred site in Darebin Parklands (Melbourne) with different trail points that you invite to reflect, release and rejuvenate.

It is my honour to host individuals on Aboriginal land, continuing the healing traditions of native people ✨🌸

🌿 "You are love searching for itself". What's that mean?

Essentially, it implies that at our core, we're naturally whole and complete beings whose essence is love. But throughout life, due to experiences, conditioning, trauma, or just the daily grind, we forget or lose sight of this inner truth ✨✨.

Instead of recognizing our innate worth and love, we search externally—through relationships, achievements, validation, success, or even spiritual seeking— to fill that sense of emptiness. But the catch is that the fulfillment we crave is already within us. We're not truly looking for love elsewhere; we're trying to reconnect with what's already there.

Would you dare with me to choose seeing yourself as whole ?

With Love 💕

Shame carries us deep & far, wide & open. 💔✨

Unchecked, it can spread like wildfire, convincing us of our unworthiness. Yet, beneath it, there lies a deeper truth — a call for liberation, for freedom from the suffering it brings. Though shame hurts, it also carries a quiet plea: to love ourselves, even in the midst of it."

In my work, I often see shame hiding beneath looking to come out when it is safe to do so. I honour this phase so deeply, because we don't know how long it had to hold on for.

"The opposite of shame is authentic pride & dignity"

Big fan of Peter A. Levine's work, in this video he explains so elegantly why shame can feel so intense & overpowering.
He also takes the listeners through a somatic practice on easing and eventually releasing shame from the body.

Highly recommend you give this a listen !
