A nutritious acai bowl containing fibre, complex carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals prepared in under 10 minutes.

Ingredients:
1/2 banana
½ cup blueberries
½ cup strawberries
1 cup ice
1/2 cup yoghurt

Toppings: 1 tbsp. low-sugar granola, handful of strawberries and blueberries & 1/2 sliced banana.

Add the ingredients to a blender and puree. Transfer to a bowl, add toppings and enjoy.
