Today was such a heartening experience spending time with the wonderful women of WAWS Western Association of Women Seniors WAWS Inc 🌸 Together, we shared stories, reflections, and gentle practices that reminded us how powerful it is to come together in safe, supportive spaces.

Our group session was filled with laughter, wisdom, and quiet strength each voice adding to the collective healing and empowerment we’re building. 💜

Moments like these remind me why SoulRise exists: to honor resilience, nurture connection, and celebrate the beauty of women supporting women across generations.

Grateful to WAWS for welcoming me into your circle. Here’s to many more gatherings where we rise together. 🌿✨
