You’re just one word away from a turning point that changes everything:

CANCER.

Today marks 11 years since Ewing Sarcoma diagnosis and 10byears since melanoma.

I still remember the date like my birthday,
in a way it was a kind of rebirth.

Things were grim.
I ended up in ICU twice with sepsis.

But here I am.
Still here.
Still choosing life.

When people ask what cancer taught me,
I have one word:

FREEDOM.

Freedom to be myself
because there’s nothing left to lose.

Freedom in the wisdom
even when you have nothing,
you still have everything.

Freedom through the truth
what you seek is already within you.

Cancer strips away everything
your roles, your titles, your illusions.

What remains is the raw, vulnerable truth of who you are.

And in that nothingness, there is peace.

No more expectations
just appreciation.

No more chaos
just calm.

No more people-pleasing
just self-love.

No more hatred
only love.

Cancer showed me how to live
fully, deeply, now.

The dying often know how to live better than the living.

To everyone who’s held me through the darkest moments: Thank you.

Your love gave me strength words can't express.

Love and hugs always,
Nat

P.S. I have a mission to make the world a happier place.
If you'd like me to speak or run a happiness workshop in your workplace, think of me.

P.P.S. If something doesn’t feel right in your body, please get it checked.
Early detection saves lives.

This photo was taken the night I was diagnosed—May 25, 2015.
Minutes before I filmed my first daily video…
Just in case my time was up, I wanted to leave something behind.

A message from the bereaved

15/05/2026

Thank you, Alison and Anna, for sharing your positive message of the day ❤️

I definitely agree to be grateful, and help a friend in need. Sometimes the smallest acts of kindness can make the biggest difference.

Also, this Sunday May 17 is IDAHOBIT Day.
IDAHOBIT stands for the International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia, Intersexism, and Transphobia. Celebrated annually on May 17, this global movement commemorates the day in 1990 when the World Health Organization (WHO) removed homosexuality from its International Classification of Diseases.

May we all choose kindness, regardless of our differences.

Everyone deserves to be seen, heard, valued, and respected.

A little more compassion can make this world a gentler place for all of us.

Love and hugs,
Nat ❤️🤗

Grateful for another healing memorial service.
Privileged to hear stories from family membesm
Thank you Mel for sharing your wisdom on grief.

We reflected on grief and how it stays with us.

Grief asks us to be gentle.
To care for ourselves.
To give ourselves permission to feel what needs to be felt.

But grief is not only about sadness.
We can honour our grief
and still allow ourselves to live in restoration too.

We are allowed to laugh again.
To live again.
To return to familiar rituals
or discover new strength along the way.

That is healthy grief
moving between those two worlds of loss and restoration.

So be kind to yourself.
I’m sure your loved one would want you to find moments of happiness again too.

Love and hugs,
Nat ❤️🤗

PS: Thanks Russell for staying back for the video of the day and happily joined to be in the vid. I forgot to ask your message of the day 😂

When you choose to show up
for someone else…

You don’t just change their world,
you brighten your own too. 💛

Keep shining. Keep giving.

Keep walking forward, shine your light for others.

When you become the bearer of light, you shall be blessed with enlightenment.

Love & hugs,
Nat ❤️🤗
