Hi, I’m Liliana — a long-time Vedic meditator and teacher of Vedic Meditation based in Melbourne.
Learning Vedic Meditation was transformative for me. It helped me navigate chronic health challenges, build resilience, and experience greater happiness, calm and clarity.
Unlike many other techniques, Vedic Meditation doesn’t require concentration, mental effort, or trying to change or stop thoughts. Instead, it works with the natural tendencies of the mind and body, rather than against them.
