Hi, I’m Liliana — a long-time Vedic meditator and teacher of Vedic Meditation based in Melbourne.

Learning Vedic Meditation was transformative for me. It helped me navigate chronic health challenges, build resilience, and experience greater happiness, calm and clarity.

In Sanskrit (ancient Indian language), Maharishi means “great seer” or “great sage” — a wise teacher who guides others toward a greater understanding of Self and life.

Maharishi reminds us that real happiness isn’t found in things outside of us, where everything is always changing. Instead, true and stable happiness is something we can uncover within ourselves – as our state of Being, state of pure consciousness, peace and contentment. It is already inside us; it’s our natural baseline.
Vedic Meditation is about reconnecting with who we truly are, so we can live with more clarity, calm, and happiness in everyday life.
