✨Teamwork Makes The Dream Work! ✨
Our new neuro-affirming social groups are all about exploring, playing, creating and being together – just as we are 💛

Designed and run by our wonderful OT's, these groups support kids aged 8–12 to connect with peers while learning important life skills like teamwork, communication, problem-solving and emotional regulation.

Expect sensory play, cooking, obstacle courses and more – we’ll have fun while building confidence and friendships!

How fun does this window painting session look?! Run by our wonderful OT Megan to support pre-handwriting skills whilst incorporating tactile and visual interest ✨🖌
And the best part? Cleaning it off turns into a sensory-rich activity too! Spraying, scrubbing, and wiping strengthens those little muscles and adds a satisfying tactile + proprioceptive experience.
Let them create, then let them clean = play with purpose! 💪🎨

A Sensory Circuit is a short sequence of movement activities that helps kids feel just right — not too wiggly, not too sleepy, but ready to focus!
Sensory circuits support:

They’re great before school, after lunch, or anytime your child needs a reset 💪

When the kids are away, the OT's will play!
While our clients are off for the holidays, we have found the clinic empty of clients for an hour! Our OT's are making the most of the quiet time, getting stuck into admin and indirect work together.
Taking a leaf out of our own book, we’re changing positions, stretching out, and finding what helps us feel regulated and focused. Because sometimes, lying on the couch is the most productive way to work!

Here’s a little look into some of the fun we had in our School Readiness Groups earlier this year! 🎒✨
Running again from July–September and October–December, our groups support children starting Prep in 2026 to build confidence, friendships, and key skills for a smooth start to school.

You can make a DIY sensory bin at home, all you need is a tub with rice or pasta, add some toys, and let your child explore different textures and objects.
