When I first stopped dieting…
I was terrified.
Not a little nervous.
Terrified.
Because dieting had convinced me of something for years:
That my body needed constant control.
That if I relaxed even slightly…
everything would fall apart.
So when I stepped away from dieting, I remember thinking:
"What if I gain weight?"
"What if I lose control?"
"What if I regret this?"
But something very different happened.
Instead of spiralling…
my body actually calmed down.
The constant food thoughts softened.
Eating became simpler.
And the strange part?
I didn’t gain the weight I feared.
In fact, my body found a natural stability I’d never experienced when I was dieting.
That was over 12 years ago.
And I haven’t gone back.
No food rules. No “starting again Monday”. No constant mental battle.
Just a healthy, relaxed relationship with food and my body.
This is exactly what I now teach inside my Sexy Without Diets™ Method.
Because the biggest thing women need isn’t another diet.
