It’s June which means it’s Winter and with that comes the colds and flus and sneezes and coughs.

Our team is expanding! It’s so great to have some new team members joining us and Bec Todaro is our newest recruit. Bec is a provisional psychologist with a passion for supporting children and adolescents. She has a particular interest in working from a neuro-affirming perspective and has some great experience working with young people across various allied health settings. Welcome to the team Bec!

We’re really excited to have a family therapist back on the Crisalida team. Mark Danko is joining us; a psychologist and couples and family therapist with a wealth of experience providing counselling and psychotherapy across the lifespan. He’ll be working Wednesday evenings and soon starting on Saturdays as well. We’d love to hear from you if you think Mark would be a good fit for you and your family…

We had a wonderful connections morning last week to kick off the 2025 year with personal goal making and reflections (with the help of our art therapy postcards!), and time for team and focus group goal making and action plans. We are very excited to welcome a new OT to our team at Crisalida! Matilda Cooke joined us last week, having recently moved to Melbourne from WA. Matilda is an early career OT with great experience working with kids and young people both in clinic and in community settings. Matilda has some availability to see children and young adults with diagnoses of ASD, ADHD, developmental delays and needing support with emotional regulation and motor assessment.
