Chronic pain can be a barrier to happiness, but small daily changes can make a big difference! Here are 5 Myotherapy-Approved Pain Management Tips to help you move better, feel better, and smile more today:

1️⃣ Gentle Movement – Regular stretching and mobility exercises can help reduce stiffness and improve circulation. Try slow neck rolls or hip stretches.

2️⃣ Trigger Point Release – Use a foam roller or massage ball on tight areas to relieve tension. Focus on common spots like shoulders, back, and glutes.

3️⃣ Hydration & Nutrition – Dehydration can increase muscle cramps and joint pain. Drink plenty of water and eat anti-inflammatory diet.

As I wrap up 2024, I want to say a huge thank you to all my amazing clients. Thank you for trusting me to look after your bodies, for sharing your ups and downs, and for all the heartfelt chats we’ve shared during your sessions. It truly means the world to me!

Are you Neurospicey? 🌶 Well, I'm here to tell you Her Myotherapy is Neurospicey friendly!

If you didnt already know, I'm a mumma of an autistic child and it was because of her, learning how massage could help her desensitise her sensory issues that made me into the Myotherapist i am today!

So if you have noise, light, or smell sensitivities that puts you off having a massage, let me know. I'll adjust your treatment to suit.

Need a treatment, but don't love touch! That's cool, I have techniques where we can rely more heavily on cupps and needles without all the massage touch.

Do you have questions about how sanitary things are? Well, I can tell you everything is completely changed over and sanitised, BUT if you would feel more comfortable using your own towles and wiping things over before your treatment absolutely go for it, I UNDERSTAND 🫶

Don't like having towles against you or your face in the face hole, that's so fine i can treat you in many positions!

So if you feel like some of the things that come with a myo treatment have been putting you off please chat to me, I would be happy to tailor a treatment to your specific needs with complete understanding of how important these are to make you as comfortable as possible.
