Over the past 8 years, I’ve had the privilege of delivering mental health and wellbeing sessions within local sporting clubs with my amazing OTLR family. Together we work alongside coaches, players and teams to support resilience, connection, and performance both on and off the field.
With the launch of our new sports focused sound journey I am offering guided breathwork experiences designed specifically for sporting environments.
These sessions provide structured time for players to slow down, regulate their nervous system, and develop tools that support focus, emotional control, recovery, and team comnection. Delivered in a group setting, breathwork can create a shared experience that strengthens trust, communication, and collective mindset while also giving individual players practical strategies they can use during training, competition, and everyday life. The tools to regulate before big moves and onfield pressure.
Sessions can be tailored to suit preseason programs, team bonding days, recovery blocks, or wellbeing initiatives and are facilitated in a safe, supportive, and accessible format for athletes of all levels.
