Take A Minute

Take a minute to pay respect
to a soldier you'll never know.
Take a minute to think about
his grave where the poppies grow.
Take a minute to walk a mile
in his boots that marched to war,
the fresh face of the young and brave,
forever changed by what he saw.
Take a minute of reflection
as the haunting bugle plays
and the "Last Post" calls him home,
think of the day he never came.
Take a minute to appreciate
the sacrifice of his mates.
In the morning,
and at the going down of the sun,
we remember them on ANZAC Day.

Tyner Road Medical Centre warmly welcomes Dr. Sadiq Memon!

Dr. Sadiq graduated from the University of Western Australia in 2018 before going on to complete his residency at Austin Health. He recently became a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2025.

He provides care to all members of the family but has a keen interest in paediatrics, obesity management, men’s health, and travel medicine. Dr Sadiq is skilled in performing minor procedures, including ingrown toenail removal, joint injections and skin cancer surgery.

Dr Sadiq is passionate about providing up to date medicine and holistic care. He is known by his patients as a friendly, caring, and thorough doctor. Outside of medicine, he loves cricket, travelling and playing the guitar.

Dr. Sadiq will be available on Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays.
