We were honoured to visit the new MCCCC lab, a space shaping the future of childhood cancer research✨

Together with the incredible team, we reflected on 41 years of progress and looked ahead to the life-changing discoveries this facility will make possible.

It was incredible to see how our contributions among others have helped make this lab a reality!

We visited the station to discuss brain cancer research/ awareness and share more about our upcoming annual luncheon!

A Story of Strength and Resilience🤝

Steve, a proud father, shares the inspiring journey of his 12-year-old daughter, Michelina. What started as simple headaches turned into a challenging journey of doctor visits and misdiagnoses, until Michelina finally received the treatment she needed for a brain tumour.

Now, just 9 weeks post-op, Michelina is back at school, singing, and soon returning to her soccer team, a true testament to her courage, determination and the support of her family.

Stories like Michelina’s remind us why the Yellow Diamond Foundation exists: to support families, raise awareness, and champion vital brain cancer research.

The Yellow Diamond Foundation Ladies Luncheon was such a special day filled with heart, hope and purpose 💛

Over 150 incredible guests came together to raise awareness for brain cancer research, standing in support of families and individuals affected by this illness. One of the most moving moments was hearing from a family who shared their story about their 12-year-old daughter, Michelina, a true light and reminder of the strength that love and hope can bring.

From the stunning setting at to the laughter, raffle and heartfelt conversations, it was a day we’ll always cherish. A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and a very special thank you to our wonderful host for leading the day with such warmth and grace✨

The weather was perfect to set everyone in a Spring/Summer festive mood as well as be part of a meaningful fundraising event!
