Deer Disability Services are delighted to share with you that we have also expanded into Northern Territory and have the capacity to take on new participants whether self managed, plan managed or agency managed.

Our primary focus is supporting people with disabilities to live independently within the community. We are committed to providing the highest level of support and client care. Our services are individually tailored and client-centred around the participants' needs, wants and goals.

NDIS services are available on an ongoing staff training in disability care best practice to inform our mission to provide excellent, affordable and quality access to support and care for disabled people Australia wide.

We take the worry out of managing your NDIS plan and budget. Our Plan Managers take the time to get to know you, your goals and aspirations in life, so we can help empower you to navigate the NDIS. We work with you to build your capacity to manage your plan budget, and advise and support you in selecting and connecting you providers for services such as Occupation Therapy etc, submitting claims, paying invoices and getting the best value out of your plan.

All the help you need in your everyone life!

Assist Personal Activities
Both inside and outside your home, we assist you and supervise as you get ready for the day, including bathing, grooming, mobility around the house, eating & drinking. All the activities that help you look and feel your best.
Out of the house, we can also attend appointments with you or help you with exercise or simply enjoying the outdoors

Household Tasks
We help you to with the essential tasks that keep your home tidy and fresh, so that you can maintain your ability to live independently. This includes help with tasks such as cleaning, gardening, lawn mowing, meal preparation or laundry. We involve you as little or as much as you would like to increase your own capacity to maintain your home.

Travel / Transport
For when life takes you beyond your own home environment, we're here to provide reliable transport, scheduled in advance, including providing the appropriate vehicle, aids and equipment to get you to and from appointments, visiting friends and family or attending community activities. We're also here to help build your skills in using public transport to empower you to travel independently.

Community Nursing
Our highly-skilled team of Enrolled and Registered Nurses provide a range of in-home nursing care to support your quality of life, including complex health needs. Our fully-qualified support includes care such as medication management, complex bowel care, enteral feeding, tracheostomy management, catheter, wound management and more, all in the comfort of your own home.

Group / Centre Activities
Group activities are a great way to socialise and learn new skills. We provide opportunities and assistance in accessing community, social and recreational programs which might include fitness and exercise, sport, tailored learning programs, volunteer programs, music and dance lessons or any other activities within your area of interest. We encourage you to be involved in planning your regular activities.

Community Participation
We empower you to take part actively in local community activities including visiting friends and family for a richer rewarding life.
