✨ What a healthy period looks like
✨ Signs something may need attention

✨ Supporting wellbeing during puberty

Creating awareness early helps young people feel confident advocating for their health.

Is your child creative, imaginative, and still finding their confidence socially?

Dragons of the Spectrum (DOTS) is a structured, facilitator-led social learning group for young people aged 10+. Designed with neurodivergent children in mind, DOTS combines explicit social-emotional skill development with collaborative, fantasy-based role-play in a small, supportive group environment.

DOTs supports children to develop:

🐉 Social Communication
🐉 Emotional Awareness
🐉 Peer Connections
🐉 Collaboration & Confidence

Groups are intentionally small (3–4 participants) to ensure individual support and a positive, strengths-based experience. DOTS celebrates diverse communication styles and focuses on building capacity in a safe and neuroaffirming space.

Dragons of the Spectrum (DOTS) is officially back for Term 2 — and enrolments are now open!

🐉 10 weekly sessions (120 minutes each)
🐉 Small group format (3–4 participants)
🐉 After-school during the school term

If you feel this program may be a good fit for your child, we invite you to complete our online registration form: https://forms.office.com/r/gw183Mp7Ky

Registrations for Term 2 close April 10 2026.

🌻OCCUPATIONAL FRIDAY 🌻

Ever notice how emotions don’t always come one at a time?
Sometimes happy + nervous = excited
or sad + angry = frustrated 💛💙❤️

✨ Feelings can mix too! ✨

This Friday we’re reminding ourselves (and our kids) that it’s okay to feel more than one thing at once. When emotions mix, we don’t get “wrong feelings”… we get new ones to understand.

🌀 Emotion charts help make sense of those blends
🧠 Naming feelings builds regulation
🌱 Understanding emotions builds resilience

Happy Friday — may your feelings be noticed, named, and supported 💬💛

Is your child anxious about going to school? Clingy at drop-off? Already saying “I don’t want to go”?

The transition to Prep can bring big emotions — for kids and parents. Separation anxiety, meltdowns, sleep disruptions, and worries about “not knowing anyone” are incredibly common… but that doesn’t mean you have to navigate them alone.
Our practical, evidence-informed one-off webinar will give you clear, supportive strategies to help your child start school with confidence.

In this session, you’ll learn:
✔️ What to expect in Term One
✔️ How to manage separation anxiety
✔️ Simple routines that build confidence and security
✔️ What’s typical — and when to seek extra support

If you want calmer mornings, smoother goodbyes, and a child who feels safe and capable stepping into school, this webinar is for you.
