Research shows that early specialisation actually results in lower overall performance in many cases or dropping out of sport all together.

Plus a word from our resident psychologist Dean

Mental health looks different in males. Men tend to internalise their emotions so it can be hard to tell when they’re struggling.

If you notice any of the symptoms in the graphics in yourself or a loved one, it may be a sign that your/their mental health is compromised.

Don’t wait until symptoms get worse before seeing a psychologist. Getting on top of mental ill health can help you get back to being a better version of yourself, for yourself and for your family and loved ones.

Man up, see a psych!
