When we first start nutrition coaching with new clients, we first start with getting a picture of what our clients are eating from keeping a simple week’s food diary, then we help to create new habits around food. đŸ±

We never jump straight into tracking calories and macros. More often than not, people don’t have a great relationship with food when they come to us - or, simply don’t understand how to change things even slightly to make huge improvements. To have them start tracking calories and macros would just end in overwhelm. đŸ€Ż
