Tahini Date bite:
12x Medjool Date
1/2 cup of Tahini
2x big Squares of Dark Chocolate (Coconut oil for melting)

Method:
👉🏻Flatten dates with cup or rolling pin
👉🏻Pop in freezer to set
👉🏻 Warm up tahini that it is more liquid level
👉🏻 Pour over, make sure each dates has enough tahini in
👉🏻 Pop in freezer to set
👉🏻Melt dark chocolate with little coconut oil and pour over
👉🏻Sprinkle with Sea Salt and maybe Coconut flakes
👉🏻Set in freezer
Store in fridge and take one out for few minutes when ready to eat.

🌿Hridaya Basti - Heart Healing Treatment🌿
This is a treatment where a large quantity of warm herbalized oil is retained at chest area, particularly Heart Chakra using black gram flour dough ring. Hot oil deeply penetrates into heart, calms nervous system and releases emotional blockages. It is deeply restorative for physical heart as well.

In Ayurveda, the mind is influenced by three gunas (qualities): Sattva (balance, purity), Rajas (activity/movement), and Tamas (inertia/darkness). The goal of Ayurvedic treatment is to reduce excessive Rajas and Tamas, thereby allowing the natural state of Sattva to predominate.
