8 years on from learning Remedial massage therapy, finding and learning ways to improve client outcomes has been the most important to me. Every year my association requires us to continuously improve in the field. A firm believe that the mind helps heals the body. with hands on approach and breathing techniques to assist in treatment.. but still I want more to give, the next part of my journey will be REIKI.....
