• 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM
• 3 days per week

👤 About the Role:
You will be supporting a high-intensity client, so we are seeking someone experienced, reliable, and confident in providing quality, person-centred care.

✅ Essential Requirements:
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Valid Driver’s Licence
• Working With Children Check
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Relevant experience with high-intensity supports
• Strong communication and reliability
• References required

Today was one of those moments that reminds us exactly why we do what we do at MNL Care 🤍

We had the absolute privilege of giving back to someone very special in our community.

Margaret, one of our new DVA clients, has recently moved to Orange and is still settling into her new surroundings. She desperately needed a recliner chair for her comfort, rest, and recovery — something so simple, yet so important for her wellbeing.

Today, we delivered and donated a recliner to her.

Seeing the look on Margaret’s face when we set it up in her home was something we will never forget. The relief. The gratitude. The comfort of knowing she now has a safe place to sit, rest, and feel supported in her new space.

At MNL Care, we don’t just provide services — we build relationships, we care deeply, and we show up when it matters most. Supporting our veterans and DVA clients is something we hold close to our hearts. 🇦🇺

As we step into a new year, we wanted to take a moment to reconnect.

Behind the scenes, we’ve been quietly building the foundations for what we know will be a strong and meaningful year ahead. While we may have been a little quiet on social media, our work never stopped. We’ve continued supporting our Home Care clients, DVA clients, and NDIS participants — showing up, delivering care, and quietly achieving exactly what we set out to do.

Late November brought a significant loss to our family, so close to Christmas, and during that time we chose to step back publicly and focus on what mattered most. We appreciate everyone’s understanding and patience during this period.

From the bottom of our hearts, we’re sorry for being quiet and absent online — but please know, we have always been here. Supporting, caring, and preparing.

Now, as the year begins, we’re ready to step forward again, refreshed, focused, and excited for what’s ahead. Thank you to our clients, families, and community for your continued trust and support. We’re grateful to walk this journey with you and can’t wait to share more as we spring back into the year ahead. We welcome new team members to our business and send some off to Uni to prepare for their life ahead.

A Huge Thank You to Our Local Community

Today I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to the incredible people who helped make something truly special happen for George.

To Wayne Davis, the Orange Recovery Centre team, John, Mark, Colin, Jane, Tony, Carleen, and to Cassandra, Sonya and the amazing team at Plus Community — thank you. The MNL Care Team Elizabeth Buckley Raelene Carman Your hard work, compassion, and dedication played a huge part in getting George settled into his new home. It has been a massive effort from so many hands and hearts, and I am genuinely proud of the support shown by our community.

While there is still a long journey ahead, I can say with confidence that George is happy, safe, and finally able to enjoy a fresh start. And at MNL Care, we will continue to stand beside him and support him every step of the way.

A special mention to my brother Scott, who came along to help on the day, definitely opened his eyes to the work that we do here, It meant so much to have you there, seeing firsthand the work we do and why it’s so important to me to continue supporting our local people.

Many of you will know George — our orange local who gently walks and shuffles around our community every day. George has recently become a client of MNL Care, and we are honoured to support him as he settles into his new home.

To help make his space comfortable and safe, we are kindly asking if anyone has a recliner chair, a TV and tv stand they may be willing to donate. These items would make a huge difference to George’s daily comfort and wellbeing.
