In the Vedic calendar, we are inside Adhik Mās, a sacred extra month with two full moons. The second full moon on 31 May is considered one of the most sacred days of the month. A sacred pause of outer pursuits, a time to turn inwards.
Although this month is not considered an auspicious time for new business ventures or worldly pursuits, here I am, opening the doors to Bhāva on 31 May and trusting in the divine timing that has naturally unfolded. Because Bhāva was never conceived as a business transaction. It is a much needed community space for people to slow down, turn inward, and come home to themselves.
Because most of us are tired of the rush, the noise, the constant pressure to do more, be more, to push through and keep pace — often at the expense of our own health and wellbeing. We have forgotten how to slow down, to rest deeply, to feel fully, and to move in alignment with our own nature.
This is a place to remember. To take a sacred pause. And come home to yourself and the natural rhythm pulsating beneath it all.
I’m inviting you to a free community gathering, beginning with a Full Moon Flow to welcome you in, then opening the doors to gather, connect, and feel into the space.
