Our Support Coordination team had an amazing time at the Melbourne Disability Expo last weekend! 💙✨
It was a great opportunity to connect with so many participants, families, and providers while sharing the full range of support we offer.
We provide all three levels of Support Coordination and proudly assist NDIS participants Australia-wide. Our team helps people understand their plans, build capacity, and connect with the right services—making the NDIS feel simpler and more empowering.
Alongside our transport services delivered through Accessible Transport Australia, we were excited to showcase how we support participants with both safe, reliable transport and quality Support Coordination right across the country. 🚐🤝
