Sunday early 7:30am for vinyasa flow and then Sunday - Slow vinyasa flow 9am

Harnessing the full moon energy and in celebration at Sundance Studio Maddy will be running two Yoga classes today.
Slow vinyasa flow at 4:30pm and Yin Yoga at 6pm 🧘‍♂️

🌴 New to this tropical paradise?
A warm welcome to Mission Beach and all who have just arrived in this beautiful corner of the world.

If you haven’t yet wandered down the long and gentle road through paddocks and palms, know that Sundance Studio is here, waiting. A place to land, to move, to breathe.

So much beauty unfolds here — from movement and breath to music, ceremony, and celebration.

It's the small details that I find comfort in...

It's the moment when my breath is taken that I know I'm there. This is where I find love and where I feel whole again. Sometimes it is a shaft of light that catches a leaf moving, that captures my attention, and really it's the wind calling me, like a secret invitation - to dance together in the sun.

Thank you for all the beautiful souls who have blessed me with the dance these last months, I am in so much awe and appreciation of the new generation x
