Are you curious about how pregnancy and welcoming a baby impacts our sleep?
The SHINE research team is looking for participants for an online Australian government-funded study aiming to improve sleep and health in families welcoming a baby.

The study is run completely online, meaning you wonโ€™t need to leave the comfort of your home! As a token of appreciation, participants receive up to $100 in gift vouchers. For birthing parents with sleep difficulties, we offer one of two science-based sleep programs free of charge.
