Our state of the art studio is fully equipped with cutting edge Clinical Pilates equipment that is designed and developed in Australia by Physiotherapists. Our spacious facilities also incorporate physiotherapy and massage treatment rooms group class facilities, change rooms, lockers, toilets and shower amenities. Public Transport

What a great start to 2026. We were honoured to have our 3 PhD research professors attend, BC Kwok, Cherie and Bec, on board to further inspire the group on the evolving Clinical Pilates research and strength of DMA’s “individualised” treatment pathway. BC’s latest paper published last week is the third since the groundbreaking 3 arm Double Blinded RCT released in September that has attracted fantastic attention.
