Professional Tip: Healing Hands

We have 7 main focal points of energy throughout the body. These are called Chakra’s.

They aid in balancing our sense of safety, sexuality, self-confidence, love, communication, self awareness and higher wisdom.

One of the lesser known minor chakra’s are energy points located on the palms of each hands. These chakra’s channel universal life force healing energy. (Healing Hands)

These chakra’s can be activated when studying healing modalities (such as reiki) but some people these chakra’s are natural activated.

Ways to tell if you have natural healing hands and can channel universal life force healing energy are:

- Your palms will get extremely hot in the centre (almost out of nowhere) and feel like they are on fire.

- Your palms may sting, feel itchy or sweat a lot.

- Your surrounding skin will be red, pink, white blotches.

(A lot of nurses or those in healing careers have this happen)

If you have this, you can use the energy to your benefit for yourself and loved ones by:

1. Taking three deep breaths and setting intentions to heal, cleanse and balance each main chakra.

2. Hover your hands a few centimetres away from each of the 7 main chakra points on your body (around 3 minutes each)
