How do you balance self care and parenting demands?

Sorry I haven’t been to active on here lately. This pregnancy has been rough and I’ve been struggling to keep up.

I am still here and still as passionate as ever. Stepping back has just been part of my own self care practice.

Friday 13th -
There is some strange energy in the atmosphere. So many things happening around me lately.
