New risotto combination unlocked 🔓

DELICIOUS & Simple!
Bacon & Pumpmin Risotto!

Smokey maple bacon 🥓 added in with the onion for the sauté left me wishin we had smellivision! 😆

Like always used the mushroom risotto recipe for this creation 😆

The HERO mode IMO.

The most used mode in this house is the egg boiling mode. It is elite.

Pop the eggs in. Cover with water. Select my preference and catch ya later.

No watching to make sure it doesn’t boil over.

No wildly super HARD boiled eggs when that’s not what I’m after, no turning down to stop them bouncing and cracking whilst equally trying to boil them 😆

Who would have thought one would have such a annoying time boiling eggs. Well not anymore & we use this ALL the time.

Since refocusing & ensuring I’ve got heathy high protein snacks ready to go this is one that we ALWAYS have ready in our house. Boiled eggs on the ready!

Are you using your modes??

Tonight I chucked open cooking on, chucked in some pasta, frozen broccoli and cauliflower, boiled that, strained it, poured in cream, chucked in some grated cheese, some already cooked shredded chicken, gave it a stir and boom a simple, filling bulk meal done and dusted!
