Gaining weight at a rapid speed? Feel like you only have to look at food for the weight to creep on?

We hit our late 30’s, early 40’s and we don’t feel like we know our body the way we used to.

When it comes to our hormones changing, it’s hard to find what works for us any more. The answer is definitely not cutting more calories.

Those underlying hormones are causing other alterations to systems that support our weight.
Metabolism (and microbiome), the way insulin works, cortisol, thyroid all play contributing factors. Support these, can help support our weight.

It doesn’t have to be hard, simple steps can be effective.

We are seeing good results in clients from PEA so we don’t want to gate-keep this supplement!

Palmitoylethanolamide (PEA) acts as an anti-inflammatory and pain reliever. It’s a fatty acid molecule naturally found in the body and obtained from protein rich foods such as egg yolk and meat.

It is a glial cell modulator. Glial cells are Central Nervous System cells which release many inflammatory substances that act upon neurons, amplifying pain. Over time, it tones down overactive pain receptors into resting states.

With chronic pain, your levels of PEA are low as they are constantly having to dampen an overactive immune system. By supplementing this with PEA the body would be able to dampen the over-excited nerves and reduce pain.

Conditions that it may help with include:

Endo
Fibromyalgia
Lower back pain
Migraines
Neuropathic pain
Osteoarthritis
Sciatica
Shingles
Trigeminal neuralgia
