Kicking off 2025 with a mention in Parliament!

The Peripausers is a group I set up with my peri/meno fashion friends as a means to support each other. We shared a common thread of misdiagnosis, lack of support and struggling with this natural phase in life.
♥️
We needed change and so the a grass roots activist group was born. We collectively campaigned, speaking to media, on podcasts, radio, sharing scientific and medical based knowledge to raise awareness. was part of a round table sharing her lived experience with industry bodies. Julia .shifter set up petition calling for 'Urgent Call to Action for Comprehensive Menopause Education for Australian Doctors (GPs)' the petition generating 11.4k signatures and comments of support all around the world.

then tabled a Senate inquiry into 'Issued Related to Perimenopause and Menopause' and we submitted to the inquiry. Progress, finally women were being heard. The recommendations were sent to the Government.

I connected with my local Labor MP and discussed a possible peri/meno awareness campaign to educate women on symptoms, medical pathways to help women who may struggle and shared the story. An advocate for women's health, Sonya mentioned us in Parliament. This is just the beginning and hopefully we can work together for change and get women the healthcare they deserve. Onwards and upwards and thank you for taking the time to share this extract with us.

Picking out all the fixtures and fittings for this family bathroom was fun; the dirt, dust and unforeseen costly alterations not so much. However, now all is a blur as this space is beautiful. I love symmetry and circular elements. This room is so relaxing, the colour scheme nods to nature but I had to add my own personal stamp with the pop of blue grout and of course my hand + body wash and lotions are the perfect accessory 🫧

My next project is a new home studio for , stay tuned, vibe 🔵
