This very specialised healing could be the help you’ve been looking for to bring you some relief.

It is gentle and supportive and there are no side effects.

Reach out for more information if this sounds like something you would like to try.

I hope to see you in the healing room.

Is the person you are the person you are meant to be?
What painful feelings are you holding onto that are stopping you?
Pain that we carry from rejection, betrayal, loss, can cause feelings of insecurity, self-doubt, fear of speaking up to name a few.
Because buried feelings never really go away. They impact how you feel about yourself.
Hahnemann Healing can help you to release these feelings and move forwards towards the person you are meant to be.
I’d love to support you as you heal and grow.

I’ve been working on a personal project all year - just for fun. I’ve been walking along the esplanade at my local beach and taking a photo at the same spot each time. It’s been a fascinating exercise of watching and documenting change happen.

These are some of the photos. What do you think?

I found that I craved the change each time. Each day I wanted to see something different. It made me reflect on how much I seek change in other areas of my life. Do I see change as positive or negative. Do I actively seek it? Do I avoid it?

It’s one of the certainties in life. There is always change. We can seek our own or get left behind by it.

On the blog post titled ‘different ways to change’ on The Wisdom of Crazy Horse blog it is written:

‘ People who are tired of the negativity in their life seek generally seek change by becoming angry at their situation and set about to change it. The change they achieve is generally small and short.
A small percentage of people, tired of the negativity in their life, seek change by deciding that they need to replace the negativity with love and upliftment and change their life to accommodate this. The change they achieve is generally large and enduring.’

This September I’m heading to a conference in Vietnam where the topic is Change. When I started this photo project back in February attending this conference wasn’t on my radar. And yet I’ve been contemplating change all year. Nothing is accidental…

It is open to everyone so if your spirit is stirring - it’s for a reason.
