Who can relate? When we experience the hurts of life we can feel swamped by our anger, pain and fear to name a few. We then find ourselves repeating old patterns and ways of behaviour, knowing deep down our reactions aren't the way through but without a compass to guide us through in a new way to make the necessary changes and take action that aligns with who we truly are. Hahnemann healing replaces the 'negative' emotion with a 'positive' emotion so that you CAN find your way through the overwhelm and fog and deal with life differently.

This little one had my heart before he made it Earthside 💜 Now that he’s here, my heart feels like it grows exponentially with love everyday. Love alone is not enough to navigate your way through the challenges of parenting though. They say it takes a village to raise a child but in these modern times and with the world going through so much change, the reality is the village rarely exists. The wisdom of the village and the elders has been lost, leaving parents feeling lonely, insecure and overwhelmed, and thus quite often turning to sources who are no wiser than themselves to gain knowledge.

Empowering yourself as a parent, learning to trust yourself and educate yourself are critical to ensure the wellbeing and growth (physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually) of your child and yourself. Parenting is a responsibility and commitment which is lifelong, and an endless source of learning. As a spiritual parenting coach, I can support you on the journey to becoming and being a parent, so that you are calm, strong and resilient, ensuring you are setting yourself up to create an environment where your child can flourish and become who they are meant to be.
