Helen Scard from Reiki Mamma will be here on Saturday 13 March offering her sublime Reiki For Pregnancy sessions

Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of energy healing. It helps replenish energy and restore inner peace, balance and harmony. It can help with a myriad of pregnancy related issues including poor sleep, fatigue, swollen feet and ankles, backache and prenatal anxiety.

Helen is a gifted intuitive and is able to receive messages and knowledge from babies in-utero prior to being born. She has had particular success with tuning in to breech babies and helping them turn. She can also help if you have any burning questions about your baby or about the birth.
