The last few weeks we have been busy! Giving back to our community during the local seniors festival ⭐️

Jordan gave a Physiotherapists perspective on recovery after . Providing valuable information for people living with stroke and carers.

Jack spoke of the important role exercise plays in maintaining healthy bones as we get older. should not be a normal part of ageing and there is so much people can do to prevent bone loss.

Our core value on show here as we pride ourselves on being leaders in allied health 💪

David is one of our longest attending clients, starting his journey with Jack back in 2018 in Bowral. David is a hard worker and has been working with Daniel for the last few years to keep him string and fit. Recently he climbed the Sydney Harbour Bridge and barely broke a sweat. Keep up the good work David 💪

Term 1 is underway — and there’s still space to join! 💪✨

Our after school programs at Effect Exercise & Rehabilitation are open to children and teens who may face challenges in mainstream sport or who simply want to build strength, confidence and skills in a supportive environment.

Designed by our Exercise Physiologists, each session focuses on safe, structured progression and helping young people feel comfortable and capable in their bodies.

🌟 Active Kids (Primary School)
Building coordination, balance, motor skills and social confidence through fun strength sessions.

🏋️ After School Strength (Teens)
Teaching teens how to navigate the gym safely — including program progression, technique for free weights and machines, and gym etiquette.

Whether your child needs extra support or just wants to join in and get stronger, we’d love to have them.
