Definitely feel like 2026 is in full swing now!!
The year has started off very busy in the clinic which I am very grateful for!
A conversation that has come up a fair bit in the clinic is "what are your 2026 goals?" Now don't get this confused with resolutions, as I personally don't like that term. A goal can be something really small. I have a few business goals I am working on for this year so make sure you keep your eyes open.
But have a think about what your goals could be this year? Whether it is finishing a book, going for a walk once a week, catch up with a friend, or even just calling a friend more often (once a month), drink more water, or just making more time for yourself. These things may be small but they can make a big difference.
