Let’s Talk Dandruff! ❄️

Those little white flakes on your shoulders can be annoying, but dandruff is quite common and usually manageable. Here’s what you need to know:

🔍 What causes dandruff?It can happen due to dry scalp, oily skin, sensitivity to hair products, or a yeast-like fungus. Stress and changes in weather can also make it worse.

💡 Tips to keep your scalp healthy:
✅ Use an anti-dandruff shampoo with ingredients like zinc pyrithione or ketoconazole
✅ Avoid harsh hair products that might irritate your scalp
✅ Wash your hair regularly but avoid over-washing — balance is key!
✅ Stay hydrated and eat well
